Sears.com accidentally set the price 69 dollars for the iPad. S iPadusually are with a regular price of 744.99 dollars, so when customershave agreed to the deal Sears.com incredible, was initiated to implement the acquisition, reported CNN.

Unfortunately, Sears posted a statement online saying they will nothonor the agreement, because this result came from a mistake by athird party vendor.

Legal battle continues between the two major technology companies, Samsungand Apple. Two rivals for months, are conducting a battle over the rights tosmartphones and tablets.Apple claims the company from South Korea has violated its patent with Galaxyline of smartphones and tablet computers, arguing that LG has copied the design, appearance and sensitivity of the iPhone and iPad.
                                                                   
With this argument in a Duesseldorf court rejected the request of Apple to stopselling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany.

After this decision, Samsung has attracted new birth control pills from the largesttrade fair IFA electronics held in Berlin.
